The hospital management software price here runs from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 per month after setup, and where you land inside that depends on beds and users rather than on a package name. A small clinic with three doctors and a receptionist sits at the bottom; a hospital with wards, a lab, a pharmacy and a billing counter sits at the top. Patient registration, OPD and IPD records, doctor scheduling, lab and radiology reports, pharmacy stock, and dues tracking are all in it.

School management software

School and academy ERP runs PKR 3,000 to PKR 20,000 per month after the same setup fee, scaling with enrolled students rather than with staff. Admissions, attendance, fee challans and defaulter lists, exams and result cards, timetable, and SMS to parents are included. Most schools are running on it within days, because the structure is already built and only your data has to move in.

How long does a custom system take to build?

It depends on how many modules the scope contains. A focused system covering one or two workflows is considerably faster than a full hospital or multi-branch retail system. We give you a timeline in the written scope, and we show modules as they are finished rather than only at the end.

Can you replace the software we already use?

Usually yes, and the existing system is useful input rather than a problem. We map what it does well, what your staff work around, and what is missing. Records can be imported where they are available in a usable format such as Excel or a database export.

Will our staff be able to use it?

The system is designed around the people who will operate it daily, and we train your staff on it before handover. Screens follow the order the work actually happens in, and role-based access means each person sees only the part of the system that concerns their job.

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. The data belongs to your organisation and you receive an admin account with full access. We do not publish client names, screenshots or records without written permission, because these systems hold patient, student and financial information.

Do you provide support after handover?

Yes. Handover includes a support period for fixing problems found in normal use. Beyond that, new modules, changes to existing workflows and additional training are quoted separately, so you are never paying a monthly fee for work you have not asked for.

Do you work with organisations outside Gujranwala?

Yes. We are based in Gujranwala, Punjab and work with organisations across Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Requirements discussions and reviews happen on call and over WhatsApp, and on-site visits for training are arranged where the project needs them.
