Keep the hospital day connected

Hospital Management Software in Pakistan

A patient arrives at reception. A doctor needs the appointment list. Accounts needs a clear receipt. AWA Media’s hospital and clinic management software brings those everyday records into one workspace, with modules for patient registration, appointments, billing and wider hospital administration.

No signup needed. Original dashboard and interface. Fictional data with selected working features.

Make routine records easier to follow

When patient information, appointments and fee records sit in different places, staff spend time checking the same details again. A hospital management system gives your team a common place to review the work in front of them.

Start with the screens your staff use most. Try the limited online demo, then bring your real workflow questions to a guided demonstration. We will review your requirements before confirming the setup.

Plan around how your facility works

  • Reception: patient registration, doctor selection and appointments.
  • Accounts: consultation charges, receipts and payment records.
  • Clinical departments: review the relevant OPD, IPD and laboratory workflows.
  • Administration: staff access, expenses and operational reports.

A clinic may need a smaller scope than a hospital with wards, a laboratory and a pharmacy. Your requirements guide the proposal.

Hospital and clinic management software features

These are the workflows we can review with your team. The public demo opens selected patient and billing actions; the remaining modules are shown in a guided demonstration. Included modules and any custom work are agreed in your proposal.

01

Patient registration & records

Find a patient by name or phone, keep registration details together and update their record when information changes. A consistent patient register gives reception and accounts a shared starting point.

02

Doctor appointments

Book a patient with the right doctor, choose a date and time, and follow scheduled, completed and cancelled appointments. The doctor directory keeps specialities, availability and consultation fees easy to review.

03

OPD reception & tokens

Review the outpatient workflow from registration to a consultation token. A guided demonstration can show how reception handles returning patients, doctor selection and consultation charges.

04

IPD admissions & discharge

Review inpatient admissions, ward details, charges and discharge workflows. Bring your actual bed and ward structure to the requirements discussion so we can assess the configuration your team needs.

05

Hospital billing & receipts

Connect an appointment to its consultation fee, add relevant charges and generate a receipt. Review payment records, discounts and outstanding balances with your accounts team before agreeing the final billing rules.

06

Laboratory workflow

Explore test orders, collection, result entry and verification in a full demonstration. Share your test catalogue and report requirements so the lab workflow can be reviewed against your daily work.

07

Pharmacy & stock

Review pharmacy billing, medicine stock and related counter workflows. Discuss the medicines, stock units and receipt formats you use, along with any hardware or integration requirements.

08

Staff, payroll & expenses

Explore supporting administration for staff, payroll and miscellaneous expenses. We review which records your hospital needs and who should have access to each part of the system.

09

Reports & access roles

Review collection summaries, appointment activity and operational reports. Role permissions help define what reception, accounts, doctors and administrators can access; your proposal confirms the agreed setup.

Try it before discussing your setup

Explore the hospital software demo in the original interface

The public demo keeps the original dashboard, sidebar, page layouts and styling. It uses a separate session with fictional patients and doctors, so you can explore selected workflows without accessing a live hospital system.

  1. Open the dashboard and review the sample patient and appointment totals.
  2. Search the patient register, or add a fictional patient with a made-up phone number.
  3. View the doctor directory and review sample unpaid consultations.
  4. Open fee collection, choose an unpaid appointment and generate a sample receipt.
  5. Review or print the receipt, then reset your session when you want to start again.

Review the workflow before choosing the modules

1. Share your daily work

Tell us how registration, consultations, admissions and accounts currently work. Include your doctors, users, beds and the records or reports your team relies on.

2. Review a focused demonstration

We can focus the full demonstration on the relevant modules. Bring questions about access roles, fee rules, report formats and any existing records you may need to import.

3. Agree the written scope

Confirm the modules, configuration, migration, training, support arrangements and ongoing costs in your proposal. Any integration or custom development is assessed before it is included.

Questions before you start

Hospital management software FAQs

What does the hospital management software cover?

The wider system covers patient records, doctor appointments, OPD, IPD, billing and receipts, laboratory, pharmacy, staff, expenses and reporting. The modules included in your setup are confirmed in a written proposal after we review your requirements.

What can I try in the online hospital software demo?

You can explore the original dashboard, search fictional patient records, add or edit a fictional patient, view the doctor directory, review sample unpaid consultations, record a sample consultation fee and review or print a demo receipt. Use fictional details only.

Is the demo dashboard the same as the original system?

Yes. The demo uses the original hospital frontend, dashboard layout, styles and navigation. It runs separately with fictional records and selected working actions; the original hospital application and database are not connected to this demo.

Are OPD, IPD, laboratory and pharmacy available in the public demo?

Their menus remain visible in the original interface, but these modules are reserved for a guided full demonstration. The public demo focuses on patient registration and sample fee receipts. Doctor records are read-only.

Does the demo need an account or use real patient information?

No signup is needed. Each visitor gets a separate demo session with fictional records. No real patient database is connected and no money is collected. Please do not enter real patient details, medical histories or payment information.

How do I reset my hospital demo?

Use the Reset hospital demo link on this page, then confirm the reset. Your own sample records return to their starting state. The demo also resets after 30 minutes of inactivity.

What is the hospital management software price in Pakistan?

Our published hospital subscription pricing is PKR 50,000 for one-time setup, plus PKR 15,000–70,000 per month depending on beds, users and scope. Custom software builds start at PKR 500,000. Ask for a written quote that confirms your modules, recurring costs and any additional work.

Can a clinic use this software too?

We can review the needs of a clinic, outpatient practice or hospital and discuss an appropriate scope. Share your patient volume, doctors, users and required modules so the demonstration focuses on the work your team actually handles.

Can existing records or integrations be included?

Tell us where your records are stored and which services or devices you need to connect. Data migration, cleaning, payment gateways, SMS and other integrations require a separate compatibility and scope review. They are not active in the public demo.

What should I share when requesting a demonstration?

Share your hospital or clinic name, approximate patient volume, number of beds where relevant, doctors and users, required modules, current record format and any integrations. Please send requirements rather than identifiable patient records.

See the screens, then discuss your hospital’s requirements.

Try a fictional patient entry and sample fee receipt. For a wider review, share the modules your team needs and arrange a focused demonstration.
