AWA Media is an advertising creative production studio based in Pakistan. We produce video advertisements, social media creatives and brand commercials for businesses across the country. This policy applies to the website awamediapk.com and to enquiries you send us through it.

Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form, request a free sample, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we record basic technical data when you visit: your browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or sample; to deliver and support the services you have ordered; to send project updates you have asked for; and to understand which parts of our website are useful so that we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them: for active projects, throughout the project and for the period afterwards required by our accounting and tax obligations; for enquiries that do not become projects, no longer than twenty-four months. After that, records are deleted.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, to delete your information, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Write to us at the address in section 9 and we will respond within thirty days.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
